Thermalright True Spirit 140 Power features a single radiator structure made of
nickel plated C1100 pure copper contact plate, 6 x Ø8mm
nickel coated copper heat pipes without direct contact with the processor, and of course aluminum fins forming the cooling surface.

Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140 Direct CPU
These fins are press fit over the five
copper heat pipes, but only after they have been nickel plated. The
base of this cooler uses a thick block of aluminum to contain the heat pipes as well as offering the mounting within the same hunk of metal, but at the bottom, this design leaves the pipes exposed to make direct contact with the CPU. Тут вообще прямой контакт.
Вместе с этим, основу радиатора составляют только пять U-образных 6 мм медных тепловых трубок с никелировкой.

И еще вопрос, при использовании жидкого металла, крышка ЦП не изуродуется?)
Лучше спроси в профильной. Ради 2-3 градусов я бы не заморачивался с ЖМ, что, собственно говоря и делал.
А без скальпа это вообще всё пофиг.
Я б також не відмовився.
