У меня такая проблема, уже запарился искать решение, писал даже официалам, но они мне тоже не помогли, вот его ответ был:

- I understand that you encountered the INF not found error when update to Omega driver in system running HD 7850. If this is incorrect, please let me know as the information provided may change.
The INF not found error is mostly occurred when the previous driver is not deleted completely and install a newer driver causes the conflicts in INF file. As such, please perform a complete clean install using a tool and install our latest driver again.
a. Download the latest Catalyst 14.12 your desktop to prevent the potential download trouble after you have removed the existing graphic driver.

b. Removing drivers:
1. Right click on the left bottom of the desktop (Click the start menu) and Open the control panel then Programs and Features or Uninstall a program.
2. In the list select AMD Catalyst Install manager then click change.
3. In the window that opens click next and then select the option ‘Express Uninstall All AMD Software’.
4. Once this process completes restart the computer.
c. Use third party tool to remove the existing driver. Before beginning the uninstall/reinstallation process, please run Windows Update to ensure that there are no outstanding recommended/required updates, especially updates for the .Net or C++ frameworks, or Service Pack updates. This will ensure that our software will run properly. You may need to run Windows Update and restart multiple times, as certain updates will not appear in the list of updates until certain previous updates have been installed first.
Driver/registry cleaning tool-Driver Fusion:
1. Go to the following link and download and run driver fusion:

2. Install the free version only and check Driver family-Display-AMD, click “Yes” to delete entries from the selected driver family. You have NO need to precede the pay edition of cleaning and the free delete should be enough.
3. Once the cleaning has finished, click Yes to reboot the computer.
Note: Driver Fusion is in no associate or maintained by AMD and is used at the user’s discretion.
d. Run the downloaded installer package choosing the option for express install. Once the installer completes restart the computer.
e. If the above doesn’t help, please update your BIOS and chipset driver for best support

Сделал, как все он описал, даже потратил 2 часа на обновление винды. Но все без толку.
Хоть убей. Например 14.11 встает ОТЛИЧНО! Также, как и бета омеги. Но, вот 14.12 - пишет ошибку про файл INF.
Я уже и чистил реестр, удалял через разные программы, но как дело доходит до последних драйверов 14.12 - то файл inf не найден. Мой пукан уже горит адским пламенем, потому что версия 14.11 - на ней очень тупит фаркрай 4 и драгон эйдж, я попробовал ради эксперемента поставить 8 поколение дров ССС и на нем не лагает край, но не запускается DA3, в общем, помогите мне установить эти драйвера, я уже запарился.
p.s. железо:
HD7850 (1gb)
GA-H55M-S2 (версия биоса последняя F4)
INTEL I5 - 650
4GB RAM

В общем, суть была такова. Изначально, пока я не знал, что мне делать с этим файл INF, решил через интернет самовольно поискать его, по итогу нашел на свою видюху и ЗАКИНУЛ его windows/inf и благополучно ЗАБЫЛ! Потом уже нашел FAQ, как справиться с этим недугом, но у меня не выходило из-за того, что этот гребаный INF файл(косячный) был заброшен мной в windows/inf и программы его не находили и вот я сейчас вспомнил об этом и удалил его к чертям собачьим и всё ЗАРАБОТАЛО!
Вывод:
Вспомните, что вы делали в самоволку и удалите эту хрень, далее инструкция от официалов, помогает в 99 из 100 случаев! Она вышел под спойлером.
